Standing Desk

A standing desk can help prevent lower back and neck pain as well as heart disease and other health issues.

If a desk is part of your daily life, consider switching to a standing desk or sit and stand desk to allow you to move around more throughout the day.

In this video, Dr. Ulm demonstrates how to properly set up your standing desk to maintain good posture.  Keeping your neck and lower back in a neutral spine position can alleviate and prevent back and neck pain.
