I hope you enjoy this video of Dr. Ulm lecturing on how to avoid shoulder injuries in strength training movements.  If you follow the rules laid out in this video, you should be able to reduce, manage or even abolish any shoulder pain that you might be having.

If, however, your shoulder pain persists, you should seek professional medical attention to make sure that you are not further injuring your shoulder by continuing to do strength training.  We are obviously biased to the quality care that we provide here and we treat a lot of shoulders.  However, if you have chronic, persistent pain or pain that lingers after the workout, perhaps even into the next day, you should get it checked out.

If you have any questions, you can email us at office@columbuscrc.com or call at 614-389-4473

Enjoy!
