Dr. Jordan Meyer will be teaching a running clinic on Saturday, May 21st at the Ann Simpson Davis middle school track starting at 2:30pm and ending around 3:45pm for all who want to attend. 
 
It will start off with a short lecture on proper running mechanics followed by lots of drills to improve attendee's running form, so make sure you come prepared to run..  We are offering this free clinic in hopes of keeping the attendees healthy throughout the entire 2022 season.
