CCRC Run Club ...onto lifting!

It was a successful fall season for the CCRC Run Club. The weekly running group officially ended in October. Instead of completely taking the winter off, the group is now going to focus it's efforts on strength and conditioning during the cold months. 

We're excited to be teaming up with Harper's Elite Fitness in Powell. They are located at 10336 Sawmill Pkwy. They will be aiding us in improving overall strength and stability for runners. 

Training Plan is as follows:

1. Tuesdays at 6:00pm

2. Saturdays at 10:00am (joining a group class)

The best part about all of this? The workshops are FREE! 

The workshops begin Tuesday November 30th at 6:00pm!
