3 Great Stretches for Runner's

        Often times, we find ourselves unsure of what type of exercise routine to try or what stretches we should be performing. ​​​If you're a runner like me, you tend to learn quickly time is off the essence and we find what warm up or cool down routine works best for us and our busy schedules. In the videos below, I show 3 common stretches I perform with my patient's that I believe are beneficial for most. While this isn't a comprehensive program of what you could be doing, I find these 3 stretches/exercises the most useful to warm me up quickly before a long training day.
